Service

Koishi is an AI conversation companion for adults 18 or older. It is not a person, therapist, medical service or emergency service. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately. Our safety protocol explains how Koishi responds to messages about suicide or self-harm. AI output may be inaccurate; make important health, legal, financial or safety decisions with qualified human help.

Accounts and privacy

Sign in with Apple is required for the live service. You control which memory notes are used for later chats. Read the privacy policy before consenting to AI processing. You may withdraw consent and delete your account in the app. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Free and Plus usage

The free plan currently allows nine completed replies per UTC day. Koishi Plus currently allows up to 1,000 completed replies per UTC calendar month while its subscription is active. We show remaining usage and reset times in the app. Limits may change for future periods with notice in the app. Unused replies do not carry over. We may suspend misuse that threatens the service or other users.

Subscription

Koishi Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple. The price displayed by the App Store in the app is the price for your region; Apple handles payment, renewal and cancellation. Manage or cancel at Apple subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves access until the paid period ends. Refund requests follow Apple's policies. Restore purchases in Settings if you change devices or reinstall.

Availability and license

Network, Apple, RevenueCat and AI-provider outages can interrupt replies or purchases. Do not use Koishi to create unlawful or abusive content or to attack the service. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app unless Apple displays a different agreement. Contact ahmetkamerc@gmail.com about these terms.
