For purchase problems, open Settings → Plan & usage → Restore purchases. To report a reply, press and hold it and choose Report. You can manage or cancel billing in Apple subscriptions.

Settings also lets you export or delete chats on this device, edit memory notes, withdraw AI consent and delete your account. Your chat archive does not sync between devices. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
